Shield of Faith

Shield of Faith is a bluegrass gospel group from Hochfeld Manitoba.  The group is made up of John and Anna Redekop and their sons Danny, Joey, and David.

They have been singing and playing together for about 5 years and really enjoy it.  They sing at music festivals, different churches, and other events.  This past January they released their 3^rd CD, “A Few More Seasons”.

John plays the guitar and sings lead and harmony, whichever works best.  Anna sings lead and harmony as well.  Danny (17) plays dobro, Joey (14) plays mandolin and sings lead and harmony, and David (12) plays bass and sings lead vocals.

Their prayer is that “wherever we sing, we hope to bring God’s message across to all that want to know Him more, and that each song has a special blessing to all that hear His word”.
